These units comprise of the latest technology in biometric fingerprint recognition. The user-friendly menus makes it easy to enroll users and manage the data. Up to 10 000 fingerprint records can be enrolled, and up to 200 000 clocking records can be stored on the unit. Buddy clocking is 100% eliminated. Downloading can be done at the user’s convenience, and can be done via a USB Flash drive, over Wi-Fi or by TCP/IP. The unit can also be linked to access control systems, for eg. Magnetic Door Locks, Turnstiles etc.

CLOUD BASED SOFTWARE

The cloud based software allows users to submit attendance data from Biometrics Terminals to the Remote Clocking Cloud. This means that selected biometric units can be downloaded remotely and at any time, via our remote clocking server.

Remote Clocking Biometrics Integration allows selected Biometrics devices to be used alongside our Remote Clocking solution. Time and attendance records can be submitted to the Remote Clocking Cloud, and will reflect on the Remote Clocking devices. All captured data is downloaded via the Remote Clocking cloud, given that the PC has an internet connection.
