RE: Cancellation of Donkerhoek Data Software License

We have learned with regret about your decision to cancel the use of your Donkerhoek Data software.
All of our clients are valuable to us, and when a business relationship with any customer comes to an
end, we are at a loss, but we trust that you have made this decision after careful consideration.

Since there will no longer be a valid Software License Agreement between our companies after this
cancellation, I would like to bring the following to your attention:

  1. Once your current software license expires, you will no longer have access to the software. We
    therefore advise you to generate and save all reports needed from the software, so that you may
    have it available for look-up purposes in future.
  2. We recommend that you make a complete backup of all your data, and store it in a safe place.
  3. If you do, inevitably, need access to the software for look-up purposes, there will be an
    administration fee of R500 (excl. VAT) payable. You will then have access to the software for lookup purposes, for a month.

I do hope that you will consider us again, should you require software or hardware services in the
future.
